There are 5 ways for you to pay for your orders

  • Paypal - for credit card users, you can make your payment through Paypal by creating an account. Once you create a PayPal account, please search for the email to transfer your payment.
  • Cash on Delivery - this is available for Acommerce and Ninja Van.
  • Dragonpay:
    How do I shop with Dragonpay?
    Paying through Dragonpay is surprisingly simpler than most online payment systems. There are no lengthy registration process required. Depending on which payment channel you choose, the experience varies only slightly.

    For Online Banking channel, it just takes five (5) simple steps:
    1. Choose the items you want to purchase and proceed to the merchant’s checkout page.
    2. Choose Dragonpay among the payment options.
    3. Select your bank from the dropdown list and enter the id and password that you would normally use to login to your online banking account.
    4. Select among the available bank accounts in the dropdown list. (Some banks may require a transaction password to proceed.)
    5. Click the Pay button and that’s it!

    The Over-the-Counter (OTC) Banking channel is just as simple and only requires five (5) steps:
    1. Choose the items you want to purchase and proceed to the merchant’s checkout page.
    2. Choose Dragonpay among the payment options.
    3. Select your preferred bank from the dropdown list and click the Continue button. An email will be sent to you containing the specific bank deposit instructions (ex. account details).
    4. Go to any branch of the bank you chose and deposit your payment over-the-counter to the bank teller.
    5. Confirm with Dragonpay that you have completed the payment through the Web or SMS. Details on how to confirm are also provided in the same email sent at item #3.

Once you have made your payment, please send a proof of payment and email it to so we can verify the payment and process your order for delivery.

ShopManila provides free shipping for a minimum amount purchase of Php500 within Metro Manila and a Php1000 minimum for provincial deliveries.

As of the moment, we ship orders ONLY in the Philippines.

Your item is eligible for a free return or exchange if it meets

  • Invoice available
  • Original condition & tags intact
  • Original packaging

Should you wish to return your item, you may visit any of our brand’s boutique branches and exchange your item directly. Another option would be to send an email to stating your reason for returning along with the proof that your item is eligible. Customer Service will assist and coordinate with you the fastest way to return/exchange your item.
